(a) Les États membres se procurent les éléments d'identification biométriques – comprenant une photo numérique ("image faciale") et dix empreintes digitales – auprès des demandeurs, dans le respect des droits visés par la convention européenne de sauvegarde des droits de l'homme et des libertés fondamentales, par la charte des droits fondamentaux de l'Union européenne et par la convention des Nations unies relative aux droits de l'enfant.
(a) Member States shall collect biometric identifiers comprising the facial image and ten fingerprints from the applicant respecting the rights laid down in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
