En cas d'exportation et d'importation des thons rouges capturés et destinés à l'engraissement, les États membres transmettent à la Commission les numéro et date des documents statistiques visés par le règlement (CE) n° 1984/2003 du Conseil du 8 avril 2003 instituant dans la Communauté un régime d'enregistrement statistique relatif au thon rouge, à l'espadon et au thon obèse(3) validés par leurs soins et indiquent le pays tiers de destination déclarée.
For exports and imports of bluefin tuna intended for fattening Member States shall send the Commission the numbers and dates of the statistical documents indicated in Council Regulation (EC) No 1984/2003 of 8 April 2003 introducing a system for the statistical monitoring of trade in bluefin tuna, swordfish and bigeye tuna within the Community(3) validated by them and state the third country of destination declared.
