1. S'il existe un soupçon raisonnable que des livres ou autres documents professionnels liés au domaine faisant l'objet de l'inspection qui pourraient être pertinents pour prouver une violation grave de l'article 81 ou 82 du traité sont conservés dans d'autres locaux, terrains et moyens de transport, y compris au domicile des chefs d'entreprises, des dirigeants et des autres membres du personnel des entreprises et associations d'entreprises concernées, la Commission peut ordonner par voie de décision qu'il soit procédé à une inspection dans ces autres locaux, terrains et moyens de transport.
1. If a reasonable suspicion exists that books or other records related to the business and to the subject-matter of the inspection, which may be relevant to prove a serious violation of Article 81 or Article 82 of the Treaty, are being kept in any other premises, land and means of transport, including the homes of directors, managers and other members of staff of the undertakings and associations of undertakings concerned, the Commission can by decision order an inspection to be conducted in such other premises, land and means of transport.
