Si l’annulation ou la suspension de la sentence est demandée à l’autorité compétente visée à l’article V, paragraphe 1e), l’autorité devant qui la sentence est invoquée peut, si elle l’estime approprié, surseoir à statuer sur l’exécution de la sentence; elle peut aussi, à la requête de la partie qui demande l’exécution de la sentence, ordonner à l’autre partie de fournir des sûretés convenables.

If an application for the setting aside or suspension of the award has been made to a competent authority referred to in article V(1)(e), the authority before which the award is sought to be relied upon may, if it considers it proper, adjourn the decision on the enforcement of the award and may also, on the application of the party claiming enforcement of the award, order the other party to give suitable security.

Même après l'exécution de sa sentence, la personne a continué à travailler pour la Légion royale canadienne, ce qui me fait dire qu'effectivement, le principe de la sentence réparatrice a été, dans ce cas-là, tout à fait bénéfique et a très bien fonctionné Il est aussi important de mentionner que c'est la Légion royale canadienne qui a demandé et proposé cette sentence.
