Cette procédure a été ouverte à la suite d’une plainte déposée le 27 juillet 2009 par le Comité international de la rayonne et des fibres synthétiques (CIRFS, ci-après «le plaignant») au nom de producteurs de fils de polyesters à haute ténacité représentant une proportion majeure, en l’occurrence plus de 60 %, de la production totale de fils de polyesters à haute ténacité réalisée dans l’Union.
The proceeding was initiated as a result of a complaint lodged on 27 July 2009 by CIRFS — European Man-made Fibres Association (the complainant) on behalf of producers of high tenacity yarn of polyesters representing a major proportion, in this case more than 60 % of the total Union production of high tenacity yarn of polyesters.
