17. souligne la nécessité de renforcer une bioéconomie africaine fondée sur le savoir et invite donc les États membres à partager avec les chercheurs et les exploitants africains leurs connaissances en agronomie et à faire profiter les pays africains de leurs technologies agricoles et des autres techniques innovantes dans ce domaine, afin d'améliorer la compétitivité des intéressés et d'augmenter la valeur ajoutée de l'agriculture sur le continent;
17. Stresses the need to strengthen a knowledge based African bio-economy, and therefore calls on Member States to share their agronomic know-how with African researchers and farmers and to share technology as well as other innovative methods in the agricultural sector with African countries in order to enhance their competitivity and to increase the added value of agriculture on the continent;
