Bien que le tribunal ontarien et d'autres tribunaux voient sous l'angle de la modernité ce que peut être un droit de la personne, mettant ainsi un terme à des milliers d'années de pratique et de droit, sans égard à la religion, nous avons l'obligation de nous montrer sincères, directs, ouverts et honnêtes dans notre définition de l'institution du mariage et de certaines conditions de fond à son égard.
Though there is new wisdom from the Ontario court and from new courts as to what a human right may constitute, new wisdom that upends tens of thousands of years of practice and right, regardless of religion, I think we have an obligation to be sincere, direct, open and honest about what the institution of marriage and its capacity is.
