10. estime que l'application des droits fondamentaux est une finalité de toutes les politiques européennes; que, à cette fin, les institutions de l'UE devraient promouvoir activement et, partant, protéger les droits fondamentaux et prendre pleinement en considération ceux-ci et leur horizontalité lors de l'élaboration et de l'adoption de la législation;
10. Considers that the implementation of fundamental rights is a goal of all European policies; to this end EU institutions should actively promote and therefore protect fundamental rights and fully take them and their relevance across borders into account when drafting and adopting legislation;
