D'autre part, l'Institut public de météorologie et d'hydrologie recevra un soutien de LIFE pour utiliser les technologies avancées, notamment l'information par satellite, dans un projet de démonstration relatif à une station automatique, en vue d'améliorer la qualité et la quantité de données hydrologiques disponibles pour des modèles de prévision des inondations dans certaines zones à haut risque.
On the other hand the public Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology will be supported by LIFE in order to provide a valid demonstration using high technology, including satellite information, in an automatic station with the aim to improve the quality and quantity of hydrological data for flood forecasting models in some high risk areas.
