17. insiste pour que, conformément à l'article 208 du traité FUE, l'Union européenne respecte ses engagements en matière de cohérence des politiques au service du développement, notamment en réformant en profondeur et en diminuant ses subventions agricoles et, en particulier, en cessant d'exporter ses excédents, retirés du marché européen par l'effet de mécanismes de prix inventifs et des restitutions à l'exportation, compte tenu de leurs effets dommageables sur les agriculteurs du monde en développement;
17. Insists that, in accordance with Article 208 of the TFEU, the EU should honour its Policy Coherence for Development commitments, including by significantly reforming and downscaling agricultural subsidies and, in particular, putting an end to exports of surpluses taken off the European market as a result of the impact of price innovation mechanisms and export refunds, in view of their harmful effects on farmers in the developing world;
