Le protocole des Nations unies relatif à la traite des êtres humains doit être lu au regard de la CDE, en tenant compte également d’autres instruments internationaux pertinents, tels que le protocole facultatif concernant la vente d'enfants, la prostitution des enfants et la pornographie mettant en scène des enfants du 25 mai 2000 et la convention de l’OIT concernant l’interdiction des pires formes de travail des enfants et l’action immédiate en vue de leur élimination[lix], ainsi que la convention de La Haye sur la protection des enfants et la coopération en matière d'adoption internationale.
The UN Trafficking Protocol must be read in the light of the CRC, taking into account also other relevant international instruments, such as the Optional Protocol on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography of 25 May 2000 and the ILO Convention concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour[lix] as well as the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Inter Country adoption.
