From my perspective, and Dr. Patrick may have a different one, it would be to ask PHAC to organize an integrated federal-provincial trans-disciplinary committee or agency within the Public Health Agency to oversee efforts on antimicrobial use and resistance and surveillance because, in my mind, the first critical step that's lacking — and I've echoed it in my report repeatedly — is actionable, coordinated approach.
