Le CESE ne peut accepter que le producteur soit tenu de couvrir toutes les dépenses liées aux matériels de base utilisés pour la production de matériels forestiers de reproduction, étant donné qu'une telle disposition est susceptible de réduire l'intérêt pour l'enregistrement de nouveaux matériels de base de ce type, de haute qualité génétique, et qu'il pourrait en résulter des effets négatifs pour les nouveaux peuplements dans l'UE.
The EESC cannot accept that the producer be required to cover all the costs connected with raw materials used for the production of forest reproductive material, given that such a provision is likely to reduce the interest in registering new material of high genetic quality of this type, which could have a negative impact on new plantations in the EU.
