2. L'autorité judiciaire compétente de l'État d'émission informe immédiatement l'autorité judiciaire compétente de l'État d'exécution, par tout moyen permettant de conserver une trace écrite, de toute circonstance ou constatation qui lui paraît susceptible d'emporter la révocation du sursis ou une modification des mesures de probation ou de la peine de substitution.
2. The competent judicial authority in the issuing State shall immediately inform the competent judicial authority in the executing State, by any means which leaves a written record, of any circumstances or findings which, in its opinion, could entail revocation of the suspension of the sentence or modification of the suspensory measures or alternative sanction.
