Where a Member State, as a result of new information or a reassessment of existing information, has grounds for considering that the use of a food, feed, seed or other plant-propagating material authorised in accordance with this Regulation endangers human health, animal health or the environment, it may provisionally restrict or prohibit the use and/or sale of the food, feed, seed or other plant-propagating material on its territory, as well as suspending or otherwise restricting imports thereto or exports therefrom until a final decision is taken in accordance with Article 10 or Article 22, as appropriate.
