Je ne suis pas assez naïf pour penser que d'autres pays ne s'attaqueront pas à ce niveau de protection tarifaire, comme nous nous attaquerons aux subventions américaines à l'exportation, au niveau des subventions intérieures aux États-Unis et dans l'Union européenne, etc.
