Lors de la mise en oeuvre du programme, on encourage, conformément à la procédure fixée à l'article 9, paragraphe 3, la coopération avec les pays tiers ainsi qu'avec les organisations internationales compétentes dans le domaine de la santé publique, notamment l'Organisation mondiale de la santé, le Conseil de l'Europe et l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques, ou susceptibles d'avoir une incidence sur la santé publique, comme l'Organisation mondiale du commerce et l'Organisation des Nations unies pour l'alimentation et l'agriculture.
In the course of implementing the programme, cooperation with third countries and with international organisations competent in the sphere of public health, in particular the World Health Organisation, the Council of Europe and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, or able to have an impact on public health such as the World Trade Organisation and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation shall be encouraged in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 9(3).
