2. Le capitaine d'un navire de capture non visé au paragraphe 1 transmet aux autorités compétentes de l'État membre de son pavillon une déclaration hebdomadaire de captures comprenant au moins le numéro CICTA, le nom du navire, le début et la fin de la période, la quantité de captures (y compris le poids et le nombre de pièces), y compris si celle-ci est nulle, la date et le lieu (latitude et longitude) des captures, conformément au modèle présenté à l'annexe IV ou dans un modèle équivalent.
2. The master of a catching vessel not referred to in paragraph 1 shall send to the competent authorities of his flag Member State a weekly catch report with, as a minimum, information on the ICCAT register number, the vessel name, the beginning and end of the period, the catch amount (including weight and number of pieces), including zero catch returns, the date and the location (latitude and longitude) of the catches, in accordance with the format set out in Annex IV or in an equivalent format.
