2. En ce qui concerne les actions communautaires financées au titre du présent programme, les règlements (CE, Euratom) n° 2988/95 et (Euratom, CE) n° 2185/96 s'appliquent à toute violation d'une disposition de droit communautaire, y compris le non-respect d'une obligation contractuelle prévue dans le programme, résultant d'un acte ou d'une omission d'un opérateur économique qui a ou aurait pour effet de porter préjudice, par une dépense injustifiée, au budget général des Communautés ou à des budgets gérés par celles-ci.
2. For the Community actions financed under the programme, Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2988/95 and Regulation (Euratom, EC) No 2185/96 shall apply to any infringement of a provision of Community law, including infringements of a contractual obligation stipulated on the basis of the programme, resulting from an act or omission by an economic operator, which has, or would have, the effect of prejudicing the general budget of the European Communities or budgets managed by them, by an unjustified item of expenditure.
