13. Malgré toute autre disposition de la présente loi, il peut, dans le calcul d’un paiement versé en remplacement d’un impôt foncier, être fait abstraction de la propriété fédérale qui, aux termes d’une entente avec une province, constitue un pâturage collectif, s’il existe un autre mode de versement à une autorité taxatrice des paiements versés en remplacement de l’impôt foncier sur cette propriété.
13. Notwithstanding anything in this Act, federal property that, under an agreement with a province, is used as a community pasture may be excluded from the calculation of a payment in lieu of a real property tax if, with respect to that property, an alternative means of making a payment to a taxing authority in lieu of a real property tax is in effect.
