D’autre part, le contrat d’agent temporaire, au sens de l’article 2, sous b) ou d), de ce régime, dont la durée ne peut excéder quatre ans, ne peut être renouvelé qu’une fois pour une durée de deux ans au plus, à condition que la possibilité de renouvellement ait été prévue dans le contrat initial, l’agent considéré ne pouvant être maintenu dans son emploi, à l’expiration de son contrat, que s’il a été nommé fonctionnaire.
