L'on pourrait s'y attendre, intuitivement, mais les jeunes fermiers, selon leur niveau d'éducation, s'ils sont dans un mode de croissance, ce qui est le cas de bon nombre d'entre eux, auront bien souvent un revenu hors ferme conséquent, revenu qu'ils utilisent pour grossir leur exploitation.
