c) un plan expérimental détaillé avec la justification de la suppression éventuelle de certains essais prévus ci-dessus, une description des méthodes, des appareils et du matériel utilisés, en précisant l'espèce, la race et la souche des animaux et, si possible, leur nombre et les conditions d'hébergement et d'alimentation adoptées, en mentionnant, entre autres, s'ils sont exempts de germes pathogènes spécifiques (SPF).
(c) a detailed experimental protocol giving the reasons for any omission of certain tests listed above, a description of the methods, apparatus and materials used, details of the species, breed or strain of animals, where they were obtained, their number and the conditions under which they were housed and fed, stating inter alia whether they were free from specific pathogens (SPF).
