3. Si une indemnité a été versée aux termes de la législation de Saint-Vincent et les Grenadines relativement à un évènement antérieur à l’entrée en vigueur du présent Accord, et si, par la suite, le droit à une pension aux termes de ladite législation est établi suite aux dispositions relatives à la totalisation de la section 1, l’institution compétente de Saint-Vincent et les Grenadines peut déduire de toute pension due, le montant qui a été versé antérieurement sous forme d’indemnité.

4.
