1. En cas de fusion, de scission, de scission-distribution ou de toute autre restructuration susceptible d'avoir une influence sur le respect de ses obligations en matière statistique, l'agent déclarant concerné informe la BCE et la BCN pertinente des procédures qui sont prévues afin de satisfaire aux obligations de déclaration statistique énoncées dans le présent règlement, dès que l'intention de mettre en œuvre une telle opération a été rendue publique et dans un délai raisonnable avant la prise d'effet de l'opération.
1. In the event of a merger, division, spin off, or any other reorganisation that might affect the fulfilment of its statistical obligations, the reporting agent concerned shall inform the ECB and the relevant NCB, once the intention to implement such an operation has become public and within a reasonable time before it takes effect, of the procedures that are planned to fulfil the statistical reporting requirements set out in this Regulation.
