(20) Le rapport de gestion de l'entreprise González y Díez S.A. précise que, le 11 novembre 1998, l'entreprise a signé un avenant au contrat daté du 30 mars 1998 avec Unión Eléctrica Fenosa S.A., par lequel elle réduit de 48000 tonnes par an le contingent de charbon à livrer à la centrale thermique de Soto de la Barca, qui s'élevait ainsi à 238000 tonnes par an pour la période 1999-2000.
(20) The management report of the company González y Díez S.A. explains that on 11 November 1998 the company signed a rider to the contract of 13 March 1998 with Unión Eléctrica Fenosa SA reducing by 48000 tonnes the quantity of coal it had to supply to Térmica de Soto de la Barca, which thus amounts to 238000 tonnes per annum for the period 1999-2000.
