Dans un rapport au Conseil qu'elle a adopté ce jour, la Commission propose en attendant les résultats des études en cours un délai pour l'utilisation de la BST, substance dérivée des hormones susceptibles d'augmenter substantiellement les rendements du troupeau bovin laitier, jusqu'à fin 1990.
