700.11 Il est interdit au commandant de bord d’un aéronef IFR exploité en vertu de la présente partie qui effectue une approche de précision CAT II ou CAT III de poursuivre l’approche au-delà du FAF en rapprochement, ou, lorsqu’il n’y a pas de FAF, au-delà du point où la trajectoire d’approche finale est interceptée, à moins que la RVR ne soit égale ou supérieure à la RVR minimale précisée dans le Canada Air Pilot pour la piste ou la surface prévue pour l’approche et selon la procédure d’approche aux instruments effectuée.
700.11 No pilot-in-command of an IFR aircraft operated under this Part who is conducting a CAT II or CAT III precision approach shall continue the approach beyond the FAF inbound or, where there is no FAF, the point where the final approach course is intercepted, unless the RVR is equal to or greater than the minimum RVR specified in the Canada Air Pilot in respect of the runway or surface of intended approach for the instrument approach procedure conducted.
