La demande d'aide est déposée dans un délai à déterminer par l'État membre, ne pouvant excéder six mois après l'abattage de l'animal ou, en cas d'exportation, après la date de sortie du territoire douanier de la Communauté, et ne pouvant se terminer après la fin du mois de février de l'année suivante sauf cas exceptionnel à décider par l'État membre concerné en cas d'expédition ou d'exportation.
Aid applications shall be submitted within a period to be determined by the Member State which may not exceed six months following slaughter of the animal or, where the animal is exported, after the date on which it leaves Community customs territory, and shall expire no later than the end of February of the following year except in exceptional cases to be decided by the Member State concerned where animals are dispatched or exported.
