Mario Monti, membre de la Commission européenne chargé de la concurrence, Caio Koch-Weser, secrétaire d'État au ministère fédéral allemand des finances, Hans Reich, président du directoire de la Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) ainsi que l'association fédérale des banques publiques allemandes (VÖB) sont parvenus, aujourd'hui à Bruxelles, à un accord sur le traitement à réserver, conformément aux règles sur les aides d'État, aux garanties d'État Anstaltslast, Gewährträgerhaftung et garanties de refinancement octroyées aux établissements de crédit spécialisés de droit allemand.
Member of the European Commission, Mario Monti, responsible for competition, State-Secretary in the German Federal Ministry of Finance, Caio Koch-Weser, Chairman of the Managing Board of the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), Hans Reich, as well as the German Federal Association of Public Banks (VÖB) have today in Brussels reached an agreement on the treatment under the state aid rules of state guarantees Anstaltslast, Gewährträgerhaftung and refinancing guarantees for German special credit institutions.
