À leur demande, des possibilités sont ménagées au constructeur de navires, au(x) acheteur(s), aux représentants du gouvernement du pays exportateur, aux plaignants et autres parties intéressées, qui se sont fait connaître conformément à l'article 5, paragraphe 12, de rencontrer les parties ayant des intérêts contraires pour permettre la confrontation des thèses opposées et d'éventuelles réfutations.
6. Opportunities shall, on request, be provided for the shipbuilder, the buyer(s), representatives of the government of the exporting country, the complainants, and other interested parties, which have made themselves known in accordance with Article 5(12), to meet those parties with adverse interests, so that opposing views may be presented and rebuttal arguments offered.
