J’en viens, pour conclure, à la question qui me préoccupe: l’adaptation est effectuée sur place, et nous devons recommencer le processus d’adaptation en adoptant une nouvelle vision stratégique du territoire; celle-ci inclut la productivité, la reforestation stratégique, les régions, les zones et les districts se consacrant à l’agroénergie et, bien entendu, l’eau et la biodiversité.
Finally, the issue that concerns me: adaptation is carried out in the territory concerned, and we have to begin that process, once again, with a new, strategic vision of the territory; this includes productivity, strategic reforestation, regions, areas and districts devoted to agro-energy and, of course, water and biodiversity.
