10.2 La décision concernant la déclassification ou le retrait de marquage d'un document est, en règle générale, prise uniquement par l'autorité d'origine en règle générale ou, exceptionnellement, en coopération avec l'organe/titulaire d'un mandat du Parlement détenteur de ces informations, avant que les informations qu'elle contient ne soient transférées au service responsable des archives historiques du Parlement.
10.2 The decision with regard to the declassification or unmarking of a document shall, as a general rule, be taken solely by the originator or, exceptionally, in cooperation with the parliamentary body/office-holder of such information, before the information which it contains is transferred to the service in charge of the Parliament's historical archives.
