Peser avec précision, au dixième de mg, une capsule à évaporation propre et sèche (point 4.2) (M); introduire à la pipette, éventuellement en plusieurs fois, un volume convenable d'échantillon dans la capsule (entre 100 et 250 ml) (V ml); placer la capsule contenant l'échantillon au bain-marié bouillant (point 4.1), laisser évaporer; placer dans l'étuve (point 4.5), réglée à 103 ± 2 oC, pendant 30 minutes, puis placer la capsule contenant le résidu dans un dessicateur (point 4.3); laisser refroidir la capsule pendant 30 minutes, puis peser, au dixième de mg, la capsule contenant le résidu (M).

Allow the dish to cool for 30 minutes and then weigh, to the nearest 0,1 mg, the dish with residue (M).
