2. Par dérogation aux dispositions du paragraphe 1 deuxième et troisième tirets, le maintien des restrictions quantitatives ou mesures d'effet équivalent et le recours à l'article 44 du traité restent autorisés: - pour les boutures non racinées et greffons de vigne de la position 06.02 A I et les plants de vigne, greffés ou racinés, de la position 06.02 B, jusqu'à la date fixée pour la mise en application dans tous les États membres des dispositions à arrêter pour le Conseil en matière de commercialisation des matériels de multiplication végétative de la vigne;
2. By way of derogation from the provisions of the second and third indents of paragraph 1, the maintenance of quantitative restrictions or measures having equivalent effect and recourse to Article 44 of the Treaty shall continue to be authorised: - for unrooted cuttings and slips of vines (Common Customs Tariff heading No 06.02 A I) and vine slips, grafted or rooted (Common Customs Tariff heading No 06.02 B) until the date fixed for the application in all Member States of the provisions to be adopted by the Council on the marketing of materials for the vegetative propagation of the vine;
