Compte tenu des objectifs qui sous-tendent la création de l’Agence des droits fondamentaux de l’Union européenne (ci-après dénommée «Agence») et pour permettre à celle-ci d’exécuter correctement ses tâches, des domaines d’action thématiques précis doivent être définis par un cadre pluriannuel s’étendant sur cinq ans, comme le prévoit le règlement (CE) no 168/2007 du Conseil du 15 février 2007 portant création d’une Agence des droits fondamentaux de l’Union européenne (1).
Bearing in mind the objectives of the foundation of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (‘the Agency’), and in order for the Agency to carry out its tasks properly, the precise thematic areas of its activity are to be determined by a Multiannual Framework covering five years as provided for in Council Regulation (EC) No 168/2007 of 15 February 2007 establishing a European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (1).
