Le 25 avril 2006, la Commission a reçu notification d'un projet de concentration, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), par lequel le fonds EQT IV Ltd («EQT», îles anglo-normandes) acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement du Conseil, le contrôle d'une partie de Select Service Partner et de la totalité de Create Host Services (constituant conjointement SSP, Royaume-Uni), deux entreprises qui appartiennent à Compass Group PLC, par achat d'actions.
On 25 April 2006, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the fund EQT IV Ltd (‘EQT’, Channel Islands) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation control of part of the undertakings Select Service Partner and of the whole of Create Host Services (together SSP business, UK) both belonging to the Compass Group PLC by way of purchase of shares.
