1. The Commission shall be assisted by a Committee for the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.

The reference to the "Committee on the Agricultural Funds established under Regulation 1290/2005" is not in the sense of a committee assisting the Commission for the adoption of an implementing act: that Committee on the Agricultural Funds will only be consulted and will have no voting rights.

The measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Coordination Committee of the Funds, the European Fisheries Fund Committee and of the Rural Development Committee,
