Ce sont les conditions suivantes: tout d’abord, que le Parlement puisse pleinement participer aux informations, qu’il reçoive toutes les informations nécessaires. Deuxièmement, que l’on soit associé aux négociations sur l’accord définitif, comme parlement. Et, troisièmement, il y a les neuf conditions spécifiques, en tout, que la commission des libertés publiques a posées, dans sa résolution – qui a été approuvée par le Parlement – sur le contenu même de l’accord.
These conditions are as follows: firstly, that Parliament be kept fully informed and receive all the necessary information; secondly, that Parliament be involved in the negotiations on the definitive agreement; and, thirdly, there are the specific conditions, nine in total, set out by the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs in its resolution – which has been approved by Parliament – relating to the actual content of the agreement.
