Les volontaires de l'aide de l'UE devraient dès lors éviter les doubles emplois et apporter une plus-value en offrant la possibilité aux volontaires de contribuer conjointement aux opérations d'aide humanitaire et de renforcer ainsi la citoyenneté active de l'Union européenne, en dynamisant la coopération transnationale des organisations chargées de la mise en œuvre qui participent aux actions du Corps, en véhiculant ainsi une image positive de l'Union dans le monde, et en renforçant l'intérêt des projets humanitaires paneuropéens.
The EU Aid Volunteers should, therefore, avoid duplication and should add value by providing opportunities to volunteers to jointly contribute to humanitarian aid operations thus reinforcing active European Union citizenship, fostering transnational cooperation of implementing organisations participating in the actions of the Corps, therefore projecting a positive image of the Union in the world and fostering interest for pan-European humanitarian projects.
