To exempt producer organisations from the obligation to ensure direct provision of the technical assistance and the resources needed for the fulfilment of their objectives, as paragraph 1 (c) and (d) would do, contradicts the goal of supporting organisations that will be of a solid character and can provide services, generating as much value added as possible for their production.
