Dans le cas du point 5, le fabricant, au terme de la fabrication de chaque lot de dispositifs visés à l'article 1er, paragraphe 4 bis, et en cas de vérification prévue au point 6, informe l'organisme notifié de la libération de ce lot de dispositif et lui transmet le certificat officiel de libération du lot de la substance dérivée du sang humain utilisée dans ce dispositif, établi par un laboratoire d'État ou un laboratoire, désigné à cet effet, par un État membre, conformément à l'article 4, paragraphe 3, de la directive 89/381/CEE".
In the case of section 5, upon completing the manufacture of each batch of devices referred to in Article 1(4a), and in the case of verification under section 6, the manufacturer shall inform the notified body of the release of this batch of devices and send to it the official certificate concerning the release of the batch of human blood derivative used in the device issued by a State laboratory or a laboratory designated for that purpose by a Member State in accordance with Article 4(3) of Directive 89/381/EEC".
