Heinz, best know for its namesake ketchup and canned beans, has agreed to buy the food division of CSM in the Netherlands and in Belgium, namely HAK, Honig Merkartikelen, Koninlijke De Ruijter, Pagnier, Venianco (all in the Netherlands) and Anco in Belgium.
