L'organisme notifié s'entend avec l'entité adjudicatrice pour déterminer où les essais auront lieu et convient que les essais finals du sous-système et, si prévu par la STI, les essais en vraie grandeur, soient effectués par l'entité adjudicatrice sous la surveillance directe et en présence de l'organisme notifié.
The notified body shall agree with the contracting entity the locations where the tests will be carried out and shall agree that final subsystem tests and, whenever required in the TSI, tests in full operating conditions, are carried out by the contracting entity under direct supervision and attendance of the notified body.
