a)de 3 % pour les 12 premiers mois après la signature de l'accord de financement, de 1 % pour les 12 mois suivants, puis de 0,5 % par an, des contributions de programme versées au fonds de fonds, calculées prorata temporis à compter de la date de versement effectif au fonds de fonds, jusqu'à la fin de la période d'éligibilité, jusqu'au remboursement à l'autorité de gestion ou jusqu'à la date de clôture, la date la plus proche étant retenue; et
(a)3 % for the first 12 months after the signature of the funding agreement, 1 % for the next 12 months, thereafter 0,5 % per annum, of the programme contributions paid to the fund of funds, calculated pro rata temporis from the date of effective payment to the fund of funds until the end of the eligibility period, repayment to the managing authority or the date of winding up, whichever is earlier; and
