Pierre-Yves Melançon: Je n'ai pas assisté à la création de la SOPRAM mais, à ce que j'en sais, c'est effectivement la région qui s'est organisée, au moment où le gouvernement fédéral a donné l'orientation de la dévolution des aéroports, pour se doter d'une société qui s'appelle la SOPRAM constituée des sept collèges que je vous ai mentionnés: la Chambre de commerce, le Board of Trade, la couronne nord, Laval, les municipalités de banlieue, la ville de Montréal et la rive sud.
Mr. Pierre-Yves Melançon: I was not present when the SOPRAM was created but, from what I know, it is the region which came together, when the federal government signalled what it intended to do with the devolution of airports, and created an association called the SOPRAM composed of the seven sectors that I mentioned: the Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Trade, the north fringe, Laval, the suburban municipalities, the City of Montreal and the South Shore.
