5. Cinq ans après l'entrée en vigueur du présent accord, le comité administratif mène une large consultation auprès des utilisateurs du système de brevets ainsi qu'une étude sur le nombre de brevets européens et de certificats complémentaires de protection délivrés pour des produits protégés par un brevet européen au sujet desquels des actions en contrefaçon ou en nullité ou de demande en nullité demeurent engagées devant les juridictions nationales en vertu du paragraphe 1, ainsi que sur les motifs et les conséquences de cette situation.
5. Five years after the entry into force of this Agreement, the Administrative Committee shall carry out a broad consultation with the users of the patent system and a survey on the number of European patents and supplementary protection certificates issued for products protected by European patents with respect to which actions for infringement or for revocation or declaration of invalidity are still brought before the national courts pursuant to paragraph 1, the reasons for this and the implications thereof.
