À présent, un excellent exemple hongrois illustrant mes propos est la Magyar Gárda (la Garde hongroise), qui a été fondée en 2007 et est capable de bien collaborer, si l’on veut, avec les autorités militaires. Elle intervient pour protéger contre les eaux de crue, aider les victimes de l’inondation de boue rouge, donner du sang ou distribuer du pain, en d’autres termes, dans les affaires sociales.
