Je pense qu'il faut avoir cela à l'esprit, et le Barreau du Québec est fermement d'opinion que, au fond, lorsque les parents ne peuvent pas s'entendre sur l'aménagement des rôles parentaux, notamment sur le droit d'accès, alors, ultimement, en passant bien entendu par la médiation, par des services extrajudiciaires ou non judiciaires, etc., ultimement, le tribunal devrait pouvoir jouer le rôle qu'il exerce depuis toujours, c'est-à-dire le parens patriae, c'est-à-dire celui qui, ultimement, est le gardien de l'intérêt de l'enfant.
