1. Sans préjudice de l'article 37, point 5), un navire de pêche de pays tiers ne reçoit l'autorisation d'accéder au port que si les informations visées à l'article 6, paragraphe 1, sont complètes et, si ledit navire détient à bord des produits de la pêche, sont accompagnées du certificat de capture visé à l'article 6, paragraphe 2.
1. Without prejudice to point 5 of Article 37, a third country fishing vessel shall be granted authorisation to access the port only if the information set out in Article 6(1) is complete and, if the third country vessel carries on board fishery products, is accompanied by the catch certificate referred to in Article 6(2).
